Trauma focused therapy helps reduce the intensity of emotion we feel when we remember or think about a traumatic memory, it helps us reclaim our lives by going back to doing what we love and what is important to us. Flashbacks, intrusive memories and feelings, the sense that something bad is going to happen to us again decrease clearing the path for you to take control of your life and your decisions about your life.
